Current Events

As people of faith, we’re committed to forward a unifying narrative that uplifts our common faith call to build human dignity in Colorado. This legislative session, let’s come together to advance a moral economy, equity, and the eradication of racism.

Please join us at the Colorado State Capitol on Tuesday, January 7th at 12:00 PM for the launch of Faithful Thursdays!

Immediately after the kickoff event, there will be a langar (free lunch) at First Baptist Church of Denver, 1373 Grant Street, just south and across the street from the Colorado State Capitol.

Please note, the kickoff event of Faithful Thursdays is on a Tuesday because this is the day before the start of the 2020 legislative session. All other Faithful Thursdays events will occur every other Thursday at the Colorado State Capitol.

RSVP for Faithful Thursdays here!

If you cannot join in person, you can still participate! We realize that, for many folks, it is a long way to travel and we want to include members from across our whole state in this collective presence.
