Sponsorships

To get reserved seating and parking, you must purchase one of the sponsorship packages below. 

Sponsorship Levels Community Stakeholder Levels (All named for natural rock formations at Red Rocks Amphitheatre)

Pulpit Rock Level ($10,000+)  

  • Ten (10) reserved seats at the 2023 Easter Sunrise Service.
  • 5 parking passes or a reserved ride to and from the Easter Sunrise Service.
  • Your name/logo prominently displayed in the pre-worship service, rolling slide show as a major stakeholder.
  • Pre-roll advertising on all livestream broadcasts PLUS all promotion and publicity listed below.

Creation Rock Level ($5,000+)  

  • Eight (8) reserved seats at the 2023 Easter Sunrise Service.
  • 3 parking passes or a reserved ride to and from the Easter Sunrise Service.
  • Your name/logo prominently displayed on the CCC’s dedicated website page for the Easter Sunrise Service for calendar year 2018.
  • PLUS all promotion and publicity listed below.

Seven Ladders Rock Level ($2,500+)  

  • Six (6) reserved seats at the 2023 Easter Sunrise Service.
  • 2 parking passes or a reserved ride to and from the Easter Sunrise Service.
  • Acknowledgement in all email and social media communications about the Easter Sunrise Service. Where feasible, your logo will be included.
  • Acknowledgement of you as a donor listed in the Easter Sunrise Service program bulletin.
  • PLUS all promotion and publicity listed below.

Ship Rock Level ($500+)  

  • Four (4) reserved seats at the 2023 Easter Sunrise Service.
  • Parking pass or a reserved ride to and from the Easter Sunrise Service.
  • A prominent acknowledgement in all press releases about the Easter Sunrise Service. Where feasible, your logo will be included.
  • PLUS all promotion and publicity listed below.

Stage Rock Level ($250)

  • Two (2) reserved seats at the 2023 Easter Sunrise Service.
  • A parking pass or a reserved ride to and from the Easter Sunrise Service.
  • Listing your name on the CCC’s website “Thank You” page.

Here’s How It Works for Reserved Seating and Parking

  1. Make a payment online, or by check, to the Colorado Council of Churches for the desired amount based on the sponsorship level you’ve chosen. The Stage Rock Level ($250) is the minimum amount. When making a payment, indicate the name for which the reservation.
  2. Once payment has been received, sponsors will receive an electronic confirmation and a Red Rocks parking map to download.
  3. On Easter Sunday morning, you will present your confirmation print out, or show it on your mobile phone, to security. You will also give Red Rocks security the name for the reservation. All reserved holders will be listed by the name that you provided for the reservation. You will be directed to your designated parking lot (the Trading Post lot). You will not have an assigned space, but you may park anywhere in the Trading Post lot.
  4. We have a limited number of reserved parking spaces, and those will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Reserved seatings sales will close at, and all payments must be received by, 11:59 pm on April 5, 2023. All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable except in the case of a cancellation of the worship service due to weather.
  6. On Easter Sunday, reserved seating will be held until 6 a.m., but reserved parking will be available until the service ends. We recommend you arrive at Red Rocks no later than 5:00 a.m.
