About the seminar
The legal world has changed dramatically this year with a shift in professional emphasis and expectations both from the Department of Justice and the current rulings from the Supreme Court. The ethical question: As lawyers adapt to change, how do they hold their own ethical center and values commitments even while acknowledging the chaos in a vacillating professional world? How does one respond to emerging professional expectations that may not harmonize with established or personal values and ethical norms? This workshop will provide strategies to help professionals thoughtfully harmonize personal and professional values-in-tension as they individually and collectively choose a path forward during the current unsettled times.
About the presenter
Catharyn Baird, JD, is the Founder/CEO of EthicsGame, LLC and Professor of Business, Emeritus, Regis University, Denver, CO.
