Welcome to the Colorado Council of Churches (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.cochurches.org, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and any cause of action relating to or arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in these courts.
